For this piece, I was asked to help bring attention to The Hockey New's excellent playoff social media coverage. The aim here was to simply make something cool and enticing to the fans to generate 'clicks'. Basically, make something fun hockey fans will love. I took the hottest show at the time and custom skinned several NHL stars to become Game of Thrones characters. This project was a lot of fun and did manage to generate quite a bit of web traffic. Win-win as I love sports artwork.
